Since building started in 2007, Bluebell Hill has grown from a garage conversion to a 6 bedroom residential facility.
The skylit control room features a 56 channel G series SSL console and is adjacent to the 50 square meter main live area. The live room extension was built in 2010 and joined the studio to the main house, programming room, machine room and isolation booth. Upstairs, the living area, converted in 2012, consists of an open plan lounge diner and living area, large bathroom and 6 bedrooms.
Bluebell Hill was built for mixer and producer Barny Barnicott, and is also now let by Miloco.
